Analyzing financial data is not enough to create a complete, accurate picture of a company's health status because there is always a story behind the numbers. This article reveals some critical Operations Management indicators, including management issues, production and quality metrics, logistics, personnel, environment, scrap, communication and marketing, and health and safety concerns.
