AB  - Whilst an established discipline in many markets, to both the uninitiated and experienced alike, Transition Management can appear a complex and confusing subject area. This is in part due to the necessary level of confidentiality that surrounds a transition but also due to the evolving nature of the service. Here, we explore some of the more common myths or misconceptions that have arisen about how, why and when the service should be used.
